Shipments can only be made to your Paypal CONFIRMED address in the USA. Paypal account holders must have a credit card associated with their account in order to obtain a Confirmed address.
You may be required to have Paypal Verified status to transact at this dollar volume. This process usually takes 2-4 days and where required, is a Paypal requirement, not a saxforte requirement.
