Overall it has a darker sound than any other current Yamaha but not quite the deeper tone of a solid bronze Yanagisawa A992. It plays easily and with a full
sounding bottom end. It's upper register is still somewhat reminiscent of the brighter YAS-875 EX. Its power output is moderate. Available Saxophones Click here for a listing of Available Saxophones in the USA Back to the Tenor Saxophone Page |
